Announcing Amazon Chime Call History

Features and enhancements included in the August 19th, 2019 Amazon Chime release.

Call History [Windows/macOS/Android/iOS/Web]

Call history is synchronized across all of your devices, so you always have your most recent call history with you.

Windows/macOS/Web

To see your call history on the Web and Desktop apps, choose Call history from the sidebar.

Your Call history sorts your recent Incoming, Missed, and Outgoing calls. 1:1 voice and video calls with other Chime users are labeled with Amazon Chime. When Chime Business Calling is enabled, calls to and from your business telephone number are labeled with the other party's location (for example, California).

You can send a message or place a call to an entry in your Call history, or add it to your contacts. You also have the option to remove the call from your history.

iOS/Android

To see your call history on iOS and Android platforms, choose the Calls tab from the home screen. Your Call history shows your calls in a single list, with the most recent calls at the top. Outgoing calls are marked with an arrow, and missed calls are highlighted red. Incoming calls are unmarked.
