Amazon Chime provides two Outlook Add-ins.

  1. Amazon Chime Add-in for Outlook which uses the newer Microsoft O365 architecture and is supported for Windows and macOS versions of Outlook. This is the most commonly used add-in and it can be installed by your company's IT team or by a user. This version of our add-in DOES NOT support delegate scheduling.
  2. Amazon Chime Add-in for Outlook on Windows which uses an older Microsoft COM architecture and is only available for Windows versions of Outlook. This version is installed by the user. This version also supports delegate scheduling.

Once installed you can tell which version you have setup by navigating to your Outlook calendar and opening a Appointment/Meeting. The (1) Amazon Chime Add-in for Outlook appears on the right side of the calendar ribbon. The (2) Amazon Chime Add-in for Outlook on Windows appears on the left side of the calendar ribbon.
