Your IT administrator can deploy the Outlook O365 Amazon Chime add-in for all users or you can download the manifest file from https://aws.amazon.com/chime/download or from Microsoft AppSource and add it to your Outlook calendar. Visit https://answers.chime.aws/articles/673/amazon-chime-add-in-for-outlook-installation-guide-1.html for details.
Once installed, make sure it is Turned on (navigate to O365 > Gear icon > Manage add-ins)
If you navigate to your calendar and you are not seeing the Schedule Chime Meeting icon on the Calendar Appointment ribbon, do the following:
