How can I reload the Outlook add-in on macOS when it is blank?
If your Amazon Chime for Outlook add-in is blank when I try to schedule a meeting, please follow the steps to clear the Outlook cache.
- Quit Outlook
- Open the macOS Finder
- From Go drop-down menu, select Go to Folder...
- Type ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.Outlook/Data/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.Outlook and choose Go
- Select all items in the folder and select Delete
(contents of the folder may look something like this)
- Open your Trash and select Empty Trash to permanently delete the data
- Restart Outlook
