How do I add International dial-ins when I am NOT using the Amazon Chime for Outlook Add-in?

If you are using Google Apps or other calendars and cannot use the Amazon Chime for Outlook Add-in you can following the instructions below to include international and toll-free dial-in numbers.

  1. Open one of the Amazon Chime desktop clients (Windows or OSX).
  2. Choose Meetings > Schedule a Meeting to open the Schedule Meeting Assistant.
  3. If your account is enabled for scheduling meetings (ProTrial or Pro permission) choose the International Dial-ins link.
  4. Select the countries you would like included.
  5. The information in the Schedule Meeting Instructions area is populated with the dial-ins for the selected countries.
  6. Select the text from the dialog using the Copy button or choose Schedule with Google to get the details.
