Toggle the Screen Recording permissions in System Preferences
- Navigate to Apple menu > System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy tab
- Choose Screen Recording from the list on the left side
- Unlock the lock in the lower left (you will be prompted for credentials)
- Make sure there is a check in front of Google Chrome (and Amazon Chime if you have it installed).
Note: If Google Chrome is already selected, you may need to de-select it, save and restart Chrome then return and select it - Restart Chrome
You may also need to reset screen capture with the tccutil command
- Quit Chrome
- Open Terminal
- Issue this command
tccutil reset ScreenCapture com.google.Chrome - Start Chrome
