If there is no data or missing information provided for the Amazon Chime Add-in for Outlook when you click on the Schedule Chime Meeting, please do the following:
Reload the add-in
- Navigate to a new calendar appointment.
- Select Schedule Chime Meeting.
- Right click in the area where the Amazon Chime add-in loads (in the white space under the Amazon Chime heading).
- Choose Reload.
Clear the cache manually
Only perform this step if the add-in is still not displaying any data
Clear the cache manually by deleting the contents of the following folder:
- ~/Library/Containers/com.Microsoft.OsfWebHost/Data/
Note: If this folder doesn't exist, check for the following folders and if found, delete the contents of the folder where {host} is the Office host (e.g., Outlook):
- ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.{host}/Data/Library/Caches/
- ~/Library/Containers/com.microsoft.{host}/Data/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Office/16.0/Wef/
- com.microsoft.Office365ServiceV2/Data/Caches/com.microsoft.Office365ServiceV2/
- com.microsoft.Office365ServiceV2/Data/Library/Caches/com.microsoft.Office365ServiceV2/
