Q. I see a spinner in my video tile, but it is not connecting - what should I do?
A. Please quit other apps that use the video camera and update your camera drivers, even if video is working on other programs.
On Windows:
- Go to Device Manager
- Find your camera under Imaging Devices
- Right click and select Update Driver Software
- Select Update Driver Software
Please also reboot your system to reset the media resources.
