The Schedule Amazon Chime Meeting option is no longer available in my Outlook calendar ribbon. What do I do?

Up to 25 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 10.0 MiB each and 96.4 MiB total.

There are two possible root causes for this issue.

  1. Outlook disabled the Amazon Chime Add-In for Outlook on Windows. See Enabling Amazon Chime for Outlook for instructions to re-enable the Add-in.
  2. The Amazon Chime Add-In for Outlook on Windows was uninstalled. See Reinstalling Amazon Chime for Outlook for instructions to re-install.
