What can I do if my video or screen share view is garbled?

A setting from Chrome may be causing the challenge (even if you do not use the Chrome browser or the Amazon Chime web app.

  1. Quit Amazon Chime
  2. Open your Chrome browser
  3. Navigate to chrome://settings
  4. Type accel in the search and the Use hardware acceleration when available option is displayed. Turn this off
  5. Click Relaunch to restart the Chrome browser
  6. Restart Amazon Chime
