How can I reload the web app? I don't see the normal UI when I open the browser tab.

There are times when an open browser tab displaying https://app.chime.aws can appear to be incorrectly rendered and a simple refresh or tab reload does not return the web app to the expected state.

Perform a hard refresh of the browser's cache. Below are the commands to complete this action based on your operating system.
  • Windows: ctrl + F5
  • macOS: command + shift + r
  • Linux: F5
If you are using the Windows Edge browser, follow these instructions to clear cached data and files:
  1. Click the Settings and More menu (the three ellipses).
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Clear Browsing Data.
  4. Underneath Clear Browsing Data, click Choose What to Clear.
  5. Select only the items to clear and deselect the rest.
  6. Click Clear.
