If you have an Enterprise Directory account (not applicable for EnterpriseLWA accounts) with one or more claimed domains, you can remove the domains from your account, then reclaim them under a new account in your desired AWS Account. Once the domain is verified, users will migrate to the new account. This action alone does not affect how users sign in, or their personal PINs, so will not affect your users’ scheduled meetings, contacts or data.
If you have an EnterpriseLWA account, please contact AWS Support and request to move your account from one AWS account to another.
If you have a Team account, you can create a new Amazon Chime account under your preferred AWS Account and send new invitations to all of your users. Users will migrate to the new account as they accept your invitation.
