When signing into Amazon Chime using your Amazon account you receive an error message "There was a problem. We cannot find an account with that email address."
This could be because you have not yet created an Amazon.com account to use with your Amazon Chime client.
Please be sure that you click on the Create an Amazon.com account and follow the prompts to create an Amazon.com account to use with your work email address.
