By default, meeting attendees are prompted to provide feedback at the end of every meeting that they attend using an Amazon Chime client. Feedback is useful as it helps the Chime team improve the experience and it is also a metric that is reported to your Organization's Chime Console dashboard. It can also be useful when reporting issues that you have with Chime.

Below are ways that you can quickly skip the feedback or turn the prompt off.

Skip Feedback option
(Windows, macOS, web, iOS, Android)

Android or iOS:

To skip responding to the prompt, choose to close the dialog by selecting Skip or tap the screen away from the dialog to dismiss the dialog without providing feedback.

Windows or macOS:

To skip responding to the prompt, choose to close the dialog by selecting (X) or by pressing the <ESC> key.

Web:

To skip responding to the meeting feedback, close the browser tab.

Prevent feedback request - device setting
(Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)

There is a Meetings setting that can be used to prevent the meeting feedback prompt from being presented on your device.

Note: The setting is remembered on that device until you sign out. When you sign out we reset your settings to the defaults.

Android or iOS:

Go to the Settings section (gear icon in the upper left) and turn off Prompt for feedback. When you join and leave calls from this device you will not be prompted for feedback.

Windows:

Navigate to File > Settings and choose the Meetings tab. Uncheck Prompt for feedback. When you join and leave calls from this device you will not be prompted for feedback.

macOS:

Navigate to Amazon Chime > Preferences and choose the Meetings tab. Uncheck Prompt for feedback. When you join and leave calls from this device you will not be prompted for feedback.
