To deploy Amazon Chime Voice Connector for the outbound calling only use case, begin by provisioning a Voice Connector at your Session border controller (SBC). Then change the routing tables in your Private Branch Exchange (PBX) or SBC to route all or a percentage of your outgoing call traffic over the Amazon Chime Voice Connector.
