Amazon Chime Voice Connector leverages other well-known Amazon Web Services (AWS) to give you maximum flexibility with your deployments. For example, Voice Connector uses:
  • AWS Direct Connect to ensure high quality voice.
  • Amazon CloudWatch to manage the Amazon Chime system and provide high availability.
  • AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) to control admin user access to system data and actions and to integrate with your enterprise identify management infrastructure.
  • Amazon S3 to store call detail records (CDRs).
  • AWS CloudTrail for corporate governance and compliance.
