I can't get my video to work - what should I do?

I see a spinner in my video tile, but it is not connecting

Up to 25 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 10.0 MiB each and 96.4 MiB total.

Please quit other apps that use the video camera and update your camera drivers, even if video is working on other programs.

On Windows:
  • Go to Device Manager
  • Find your camera under Imaging Devices
  • Right click and select Update Driver Software
  • Select Update Driver Software
Please also reboot your system to reset the media resources.
