Why are my users not able to sign in?

They were previously able to sign in. Now some users are seeing "Authorization Failed" error messages when trying to sign in.

If you are using Active Directory and all your users are unable to authenticate, please see this article: https://answers.chime.aws/questions/565/what-do-we...

If the user is signed into multiple clients applications, please request that the user choose Sign Out on one of the other devices (e.g. their mobile) and choose the Sign out of all devices option.

If the user is on a Windows client, there could be an issue with their cookie security setting. Please recommend that they reset the IE setting * (even if IE is not the default browser): https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17441/windows-internet-explorer-change-reset-settings

* The Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature might reset security settings or privacy settings that were added to your list of Trusted Sites, reset parental control settings and disable add-ons. We recommend that you note these site settings before you use the Reset Internet Explorer Settings feature and return them to the previous setting after the reset.
