Amazon Chime displays content being shared in the Screen Share pane within the meeting window. We display the content based on the aspect ratio of what is being shared, so as not to distort the view, and add grey bars on the sides to fill the pane.

There are several ways you can manage the panes of the meeting window to maximize the screen view. Diagrams indicating the various controls are included below for the desktop clients (note we are still working on providing more controls for screen share viewing on the web app).
  1. Use the OS window controls to maximize the window.
  2. Enter Full Screen mode.
  3. Pop out the video tiles.
  4. Hide the Roster.
  5. You can also use the keyboard shortcuts to zoom in and out of the content in the screen share pane. Click on the Screen Share pane and use the shortcuts below to zoom in and out. Your mouse may also provide some capabilities to zoom in and out as well.
