There are three different meeting types displayed in the Reports dashboard.
  1. Scheduled meetings are meetings that start because a host invited meet@chime.aws to a one-time or recurring calendar event and the Amazon Chime system subsequently initiated the meeting.
  2. Bridge meetings are meetings that start because an attendee connected to a meeting bridge either by dialing in or using an in-room system.
  3. AdHoc meetings are meetings that start because a host initiated the meeting using an Amazon Chime client. Some of the different ways that these meetings can be initiated are by ...
    1. choosing Meetings > Start an Instant Meeting.

    2. choosing the Call icon from within a chat room, 1:1 or group chat.

    3. right-clicking a 1:1 or group chat thread and choosing Call.

    4. opening Contacts, navigating to a user and choosing the Call icon.
