If you have an EnterpriseLWA account, an Enterprise Directory account, or an Enterprise Okta account, please contact AWS Support and request to move your account from one AWS account to another.

If you have an Amazon Chime Team account, you can create a new Amazon Chime account under your preferred AWS Account and send new invitations to all of your users from the new account. This will send an invite request to each email address you invite. Users will migrate to the new account as they click Accept in the email that is sent.
