Passwords are associated with either your company's SSO system or your Log in with Amazon account (LWA). Contact your IT Administrator or follow the instructions provided when you sign into Amazon Chime.


If you are using the Login with Amazon option, follow the steps below to initiate the password reset flow:

  1. On your default browser go to Amazon.com and choose sign out
  2. From the Amazon Chime App choose Sign Out
  3. Enter your work email address and select Sign in / Sign Out
  4. Select Login with Amazon
  5. Select the "Forgot your password?" link.

Alternate:

  1. Login with Amazon uses the Amazon.com authentication to use with Chime.
  2. Open a browser and go to Amazon.com.
  3. Select Sign out (this may be associated with your personal retail account - so this to clear the information on your browser.
  4. Choose Sign in and provide your work email associated with your Chime account.
  5. If you can't sign in, please choose "Forgot your password?" link and follow the instructions.
