What type of connection is required to join an Amazon Chime meeting?

Up to 25 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 10.0 MiB each and 96.4 MiB total.

  • You can join an Amazon Chime call on the mobile apps while connected to a 3G, 4G, 4G LTE, and 5G networks as well as WiFi.
  • On desktop apps, connect on WiFi or wired (e.g. ethernet).
  • If you have no signal or a weak or intermittent network connection you can join the audio portion of a conference call using the provided dial-in number and Meeting ID.
  • In-room video equipment is also supported. We support H.323 and SIP for audio, video and content sharing.
