Why am I getting a 403 forbidden when trying to sign a user out of all their devices?

If you are using IAM policies for access to the Amazon Chime administration console, users/groups will need to be given the Chime:LogoutUser action to sign a user out of all their devices. Please see this article for more details: Amazon Chime Actions for IAM policies
