How can I get my machine to stop beeping when I am joining a meeting?

I am using a Windows computer, my default browser is IE and I am clicking on the join link to attend the meeting using the Amazon Chime application.

We have found that when on a Windows machine, when IE is the default browser, the join link flow results in repeated beeping when Internet Explorer's Protected mode is enabled and you have not yet allowed IE to open Amazon Chime for webclient.app.chime.aws.

To make the beeping stop.
After clicking on the join link in your meeting invitation or choosing to join a meeting from the https://aws.amazon.com/chime website you will be presented with the following dialog from Internet Explorer. Please uncheck the Always ask before opening this type of address option and then choose Allow.

Once this has been set, the next time you join a meeting you should not hear the continuous beeping.

If Protected mode is enabled, choose Allow. Check the Do not show me the warning for this program again option to bypass this dialog in the future.
