How to I increase my screen reader volume when using Amazon Chime on Windows?

I can't hear my screen reader while Chime is running

Do the following to prevent Windows from adjusting the sound from Communications apps.

  1. In Windows, navigate to the Sound Control Panel (Search for Control Panel > Choose Hardware and Sound > Choose Sound).

  2. Select the Communications tab.image-74.png
  3. Make sure Do nothing is selected.

  4. Click OK.
