Error "Exit Microsoft Outlook before continuing the installation." keeps being displayed.
I can't install Chime for Outlook. It won't continue past prompt to close Outlook.
It may be that there is still an Outlook process running.
- Open the Task Manager (right click the task bar and select Start Task Manager).
- Open the Processes tab.
- If there are any Outlook processes running chose them and select End Process.
- Return to the Amazon Chime for Outlook install flow and choose Continue.
