Amazon Chime issues following the macOS Big Sur 11.4 update
macOS users running Big Sur are experiencing challenges after the recent 11.4 security update. Reports include issues experienced during and after meetings when they are using the Amazon Chime macOS client.
The Amazon Chime team is working with Apple and we recommend that users experiencing challenges use the Amazon Chime web app using a Chrome browser (https://app.chime.aws) when attending meetings. The web app offers most of the same functionality that the macOS client does including auto call, audio, video, and screen share.
We will continue to work on identifying the issue and resolving as soon as possible.
