I am running Amazon Chime on Catalina (macOS 10.15).
Some of our macOS users (primarily those running macOS Catalina 10.15) have reported that they are having challenges connecting to Amazon Chime calls when using Bluetooth audio devices.
If you are experiencing unstable Bluetooth audio connection immediately following a system restart, please do the following to remove an audio helper tool that is no longer needed (Note: If you do not have system privileges for your computer, you may need to work with your IT administrator to complete these steps):
