You can use the Amazon Chime Console to set a user's permissions.
If you have a Team or an Enterprise LWA account:
  1. Find and select the user in your Amazon Chime account.
  2. Choose Assign user permissions from User actions to and then choose Basic.

If you have an Enterprise Directory account:
  1. Ensure that the user is in an AD group that you have associated with the Basic permission.
