Free Trial Support

Starting your free trial of Amazon Chime does not require an AWS Account. However, to receive support, users that are not a member of an Amazon Chime Team or Enterprise account will first need to create an AWS Account, then follow the instructions to submit support requests as an Amazon Chime Administrator.

Steps
1) Create and Activate a new Amazon Web Services account
2) Get Support for Amazon Chime as an Administrator

If you are a member of an Amazon Chime Team or Enterprise account, please contact your administrator to receive support. See Getting Support for Amazon Chime as a User for details.
